Description

We are delighted to invite you to the Learning Networks event on 5 December 2018.

You are invited to join one of three cross-sectoral groups discussing themes and issues important to all Erasmus+ beneficiaries, working with beneficiaries from all fields to share best practice throughout the day. You will also have the chance to join an exciting interactive joint session exploring dissemination for impact focusing on identifying and targeting stakeholders at the close of the day.

Workshops

  • Widening Participation

Making the learning last – This group will explore how to ensure that good practice in widening participation is transferred from your project to your organisation and is taken up by staff and participants in future projects.

  • Employability

Employability through the eyes of Erasmus+ participants – This group will focus on how European placements allow young people to present themselves differently to employers, including recommendations from participants on what skills and experiences they feel makes them more employable in today’s labour market.

  • Project management and implementation

Pre and post-mobility – This group will share and design best practice activities for both the pre and post-mobility stages of a project, which will assist staff, learners and organisations alike to get the most out of participants’ international experience. Focusing on all aspects from planning with partners and participants, linguistic and cultural preparation, to reintegration, accreditation and recognition, the group will share examples of practice and approaches they have used to support effective work in this crucial area.
